The Role
As an Internal Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business. Your primary focus will be reaching out to prospective clients, presenting our telesales solutions, and converting leads into satisfied customers. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, contact, and build relationships with potential clients through cold outreach, emails, and social media.
- Present and explain our offering and services to potential clients, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and actively manage each step of the sales process.
- Collaborate with management to refine sales strategies and gather feedback from clients.
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience (2 years+) in a sales role, preferably in B2B services or telesales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- A results-driven confident attitude with a strong desire to succeed and earn uncapped commission.
- Self-motivated and organized, with strong time-management skills and the ability to manage a pipeline effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
